Werken voor Vlaardingen Bij de gemeente Vlaardingen staan de ramen en deuren open. Samen met inwoners, ondernemers en organisaties in onze stad werken we aan de ontwikkeling van Vlaardingen. De gemeente werkt aan de bouw van duizenden woningen, de verbetering van bestaande wijken en een versterking van de gemeentelijke regie op de volkshuisvesting. De gemeente zoekt een ervaren strategisch adviseur die wonen, volkshuisvesting, woningbouw en gebiedsontwikkeling met elkaar verbindt en complexe vraagstukken vertaalt naar bestuurlijke keuzes en concrete vervolgstappen. Resultaat van de opdracht: - Strategische woonanalyse Een actuele analyse van de belangrijkste Vlaardingse opgaven, prioriteiten, kansen en knelpunten op het gebied van wonen en volkshuisvesting. - Volkshuisvestingsprogramma/Omgevingsprogramma Wonen De opdracht omvat het verder ontwikkelen en concretiseren van dit programma, inclusief de gemeentelijke visie, beleidsdoelen, woningbouwprogrammering en wijze van gemeentelijke regi...
