Je weet hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden en bent sterk in heldere en onderbouwde advisering.Voor 16 uur zijn we voor de gemeente Barendrecht op zoek naar een Strategisch adviseur woningbouwportefeuille. De opdracht heeft als doel om inzicht te verschaffen in de belangrijkste strategische vraagstukken, risico's, dilemma's en prioriteiten binnen de woningbouwportefeuille en hierover een samenhangend strategisch advies op te leveren. De afzonderlijke projecten worden vanwege vertrouwelijkheid niet nader benoemd in deze uitvraag. Wat ga je doen? De opdrachtnemer realiseert binnen de overeengekomen opdrachtperiode de volgende resultaten: Een samenhangende analyse van de woningbouwportefeuille, gericht op: - de belangrijkste strategische vraagstukken; - de samenhang en afhankelijkheden tussen projecten; - relevante risico's en knelpunten; - vraagstukken die prioritering of bestuurlijke besluitvorming vereisen. 2. Strategisch risico- en prioriteringsadvies Een onderbouwd advies waarin de belangrijkste risico's, dilemma's en prioriteiten binnen de portefeuille zijn geïdentificeerd en voorzien van aanbevelingen voor verdere behandeling. 3. Advies over strategische en bestuurlijke sturing Een advies over de belangrijkste vraagstukken die van invloed zijn op de strategische en bestuurlijke sturing van de woningbouwportefeuille, inclusief concrete aanbevelingen voor de verdere besluitvorming en prioritering. 4.
