Een verbinder die externe ontwikkelingen, organisatiebelangen en expertise weet samen te brengen en daarmee bijdraagt aan kwaliteit van bestaan voor cliënten. " In deze omgeving kom je werken Als Adviseur Zorg & Kwaliteit maak je deel uit van de afdeling Zorg, Kwaliteit & Innovatie en werk je binnen het team Zorg & Kwaliteit. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je op strategisch en tactisch niveau bij aan kwaliteitsontwikkeling en een lerende organisatie binnen de gehandicaptenzorg en ouderenzorg. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met collega's werk je aan complexe vraagstukken waarbij ontwikkelingen, beleid en praktijk met elkaar worden verbonden. Korte lijnen, kennisdeling en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid kenmerken de samenwerking. Met een combinatie van strategisch denken en praktisch handelen wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan het verder versterken van de kwaliteit van zorg en ondersteuning. Dit ben jij - Je beschikt over hbo+ of wo werk- en denkniveau en hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met kwaliteitsontwikkeling, beleidsvraagstukken en organisatieontwikkeling; - Je bent in staat om strategische ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar praktische toepassingen en hebt oog voor bestuurlijke en organisatorische verhoudingen; - Je weet draagvlak te creëren en verbinding te leggen tussen verschillende belangen en perspectieven; - Je combineert analytisch vermogen met een praktische instelling en weet overzicht te houden in complexe vraagstukken; - Je hebt belangstelling voor innovatie en digitalisering, beweegt mee met het digitale tijdperk en ziet kansen om nieuwe technologie in te zetten voor kwaliteit en ontwikkeling.
