Eteck is de grootste duurzame warmteleverancier van Nederland. We ontwikkelen, bouwen en beheren lokale warmte- en koudesystemen, zonder aardgas en met nul CO₂-uitstoot. Met zo'n 150 collega's willen we de standaard zetten voor duurzame energie in Europa. Jij zorgt dat die systemen ook op de lange termijn betrouwbaar en betaalbaar blijven. Zo maak jij impact als Strategisch Asset Manager Als Asset Manager binnen Lifecycle Optimisation kijk je vooruit. Voor jouw deel van Etecks assetportfolio zoek je continu naar de optimale balans tussen prestaties, risico's en kosten over de volledige levenscyclus. Je gebruikt data en kennis uit de exploitatie om te bepalen waar optimalisatie, onderhoud of herinvestering nodig is. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar individuele assets, maar juist ook naar patronen en kansen over het portfolio heen. Je vertaalt data over prestaties, storingen, risico's en kosten naar keuzes voor de langere termijn en zorgt dat inzichten en lessen waar mogelijk leiden tot structurele verbeteringen voor het bredere portfolio. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Asset Exploitatie, dat stuurt op de prestaties van de assets in exploitatie. Zij brengen praktijkervaring en inzichten uit de exploitatie in; jij vertaalt die naar lifecycle keuzes en structurele verbeteringen voor de langere termijn. Concreet betekent dat: - Je vertaalt de assetstrategie naar lifecycle plannen voor jouw deel van de portefeuille en ontwikkelt onderhouds- en herinvesteringsvoorstellen. - Je gebruikt data en analyses om keuzes voor vandaag te verbinden aan prestaties, risico's en kosten over de volledige levenscyclus. - Je ontwikkelt en prioriteert herinvesteringsvoorstellen op basis van lev...
