Wat ga je doen? De gemeente Oisterwijk stelt binnenkort een startende strategisch beleidsadviseur aan. Daarom zoeken we tijdelijk een ervaren strategisch adviseur. Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is om jouw kennis en ervaring over te dragen en deze collega te helpen zich verder te ontwikkelen in het vak. Je begeleidt de medewerker bij strategische vraagstukken en bij het ontwikkelen van de benodigde vaardigheden. Daarbij is er aandacht voor de politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving, verschillende belangen en de samenhang tussen onderwerpen binnen het fysieke domein. Het doel is dat de medewerker na afloop van de opdracht zelfstandig en met vertrouwen als strategisch beleidsadviseur kan functioneren. Naast deze begeleiding pak je, waar nodig en passend binnen de beschikbare uren, zelfstandig strategische vraagstukken en dossiers op. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - jouw kennis en ervaring overdraagt aan de startende strategisch beleidsadviseur; - begeleidt bij strategische en politiek-bestuurlijke vraagstukken; - adviseert over complexe vraagstukken, ontwikkelingen en kansen binnen het fysieke domein; - helpt om samenhang te brengen tussen verschillende beleidsterreinen, belangen en partijen; - waar nodig strategische dossiers, projecten en regionale vraagstukken oppakt; - adviseert over strategie, koers en prioriteiten binnen het fy...
