Je ondersteunt een startende strategisch beleidsadviseur door jouw kennis en ervaring actief over te dragen, zodat deze collega zich verder kan ontwikkelen in het vak. Tegelijkertijd pak je zelfstandig strategische vraagstukken op binnen het fysieke domein. Je beweegt je in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving waarin verschillende belangen samenkomen en je helpt richting geven aan complexe dossiers. Daarmee lever je direct een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van het strategisch beleid. Wat ga je doen - Je draagt jouw kennis en ervaring over aan een startende strategisch beleidsadviseur. - Je begeleidt bij strategische en politiek-bestuurlijke vraagstukken. - Je adviseert over complexe vraagstukken, ontwikkelingen en kansen binnen het fysieke domein. - Je helpt samenhang aan te brengen tussen verschillende beleidsterreinen, belangen en partijen. - Je pakt waar nodig strategische dossiers, projecten en regionale vraagstukken op. - Je adviseert over strategie, koers en prioriteiten binnen het fysieke domein. - Je adviseert waar nodig over de samenhang en kwaliteit van de Planning & Control-producten. - Je zorgt ervoor dat kennis en werkwijzen zodanig worden overgedragen dat de werkzaamheden na afloop zelfstandig kunnen worden voortgezet.
