Deze expertise is intern niet aanwezig bij de opdrachtgever. Functiebeschrijving De gemeente Waalwijk werkt aan een ingrijpende transformatie van het sociaal domein en de jeugdhulp. Binnen het programma Samen Redzaam wordt ingezet op preventie, ondersteuning dichtbij inwoners, een sterke sociale basis en een verschuiving van geïndiceerde zorg naar passende, indicatievrije ondersteuning. Tegelijkertijd vraagt de regionale samenwerking binnen de jeugdhulp om stevige strategische positionering, bestuurlijke advisering en een heldere verbinding tussen regionale afspraken en de lokale transformatie. Voor deze opgaven zoekt de gemeente tijdelijk een ervaren regionaal strategisch)beleidsadviseur Jeugd. De opdrachtnemer zorgt voor versterking en borging van de strategische beleidsfunctie op het gebied van Jeugd binnen het beleidsteam (Beleid Sociaal-maatschappelijk Domein, BSD) van het sociaal domein.
