Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Scholing & Ontwikkeling Woerden | 32 - 36 uur | Wo | € 4.900 - € 7.400 Je doet belangrijk werk De technieksector staat voor grote maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Denk aan de energietransitie, de circulaire economie, verstedelijking, vergrijzing, digitalisering en nieuwe vormen van mobiliteit. De vraag naar goed opgeleide vakmensen blijft onverminderd hoog. Nieuwe technologieën en een veranderende arbeidsmarkt vragen om toekomstbestendig onderwijs, waarin publieke en private opleiders, overheid en bedrijfsleven nauw samenwerken. Als Strategisch Beleidsadviseur scholing en ontwikkeling werk je aan één van de meest urgente opgaven voor de branche: voldoende goed opgeleide vakmensen, blijvende vakmanschapsontwikkeling van medewerkers en een sterke aansluiting tussen onderwijs en arbeidsmarkt. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je inhoudelijk richtinggevend op het terrein van scholing en ontwikkeling. Je signaleert relevante trends en vraagstukken, analyseert de impact daarvan voor leden en vertaalt deze naar beleidslijnen, standpunten en initiatieven die de positie van de branche versterken. Daarbij beweeg je soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering: je ontwikkelt visie, brengt partijen bij elkaar en zorgt dat beleid aansluit bij de dagelijkse praktijk van de bedrijven.
