Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Sociaal Domein met als aandachtsgebied versterking van de sociale basis € Geen max uurtarief Standplaats Bergen op Zoom Vakgebied Beleid- en adviesdiensten Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Sociaal Domein (aandachtsgebied: versterking van de sociale basis) - 36 uur per week Je ontwikkelt visie en beleid voor de sociale basis en vertaalt landelijke, regionale en lokale ontwikkelingen naar concrete beleidskeuzes. Je verbindt strategische beleidsontwikkeling met uitvoering, inwoners en maatschappelijke partners en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor directie, management en bestuur. De opdracht bestaat uit twee onderdelen: - Nadruk op sociale basis en subsidieproces: verantwoordelijkheid voor beleidsontwikkeling van de sociale basis en coördinatie van het subsidieproces rond de subsidieregeling Maatschappelijke Opgaven & Eigen Kracht; overzicht houden, samenhang brengen en het proces zorgvuldig en voortvarend uitvoeren. - Doorontwikkeling van het sociaal domein: deelname in het Programma Transformatie Sociaal Domein, accounthouderschap voor meerdere maatschappelijke organisaties (onder andere enkele grote organisaties) en bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van integraal beleid; ruimte om vanuit eigen expertise mee te bouwen aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van beleid voor de sociale basis - Vertalen van landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen naar lokale beleidskeuzes - Actief participeren in het Programma Transformatie Sociaal Domein - Coördineren van het subsidieproces voor de sociale basis - Vervullen van accounthouderschap voor diverse maatschappelijke organisaties - Adviseren van directie, management en bestuur - Snel en zelfstandig ontwikkelen van beleids- en projectvoorstellen - Zorgen dat beleid wordt uitgevoerd en projecten van de grond komen - Bouwen aan een netwerk van maatschappelijke en regionale partners - Draagvlak creëren door verschillende bela...
