Functiebeschrijving: Strategisch beleidsmedewerker sociaal domein 28-36 uur per week Doel van de opdracht De gemeente Stein zoekt een ervaren strategisch beleidsmedewerker die bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het sociaal domein. De opdracht bestaat uit drie samenhangende onderdelen: regie voeren op het vertalen van de sociaal maatschappelijke visie naar concrete programma’s en uitvoeringsplannen, het versterken van de samenhang binnen het sociaal domein en richting geven aan de Hervormingsagenda Jeugd. Je verbindt beleid, ontwikkelingen en uitvoering, brengt samenhang aan en zorgt dat strategische ambities worden vertaald naar concrete acties en resultaten. Daarbij ben je een verbindende en aanjagende kracht die collega’s en partners meeneemt in de ontwikkeling van het sociaal domein. Taken - Regie voeren op het proces van het vertalen van de sociaal-maatschappelijke visie van de gemeente Stein naar concrete programma’s, uitvoeringsplannen en beleidsprioriteiten. Op inhoud ben je sparringpartner voor de beleidsmedewerkers; - Richting geven aan de Hervormingsagenda Jeugd inclusief de bijbehorende (bestuurlijke) besluitvorming; - Verbinden van beleid, uitvoering en maatschappelijke partners rondom de opgaven binnen het sociaal domein; - Doorbreken van de traditionele benadering vanuit afzonderlijke beleidsterreinen en stimuleren van een integrale blik op maatschappelijke vraagstukken; - Fungeren als aanjager, verbinder en coach voor beleidsmedewerkers; - Adviseren van management en bestuur over strategische vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein; Gewenst profiel Ruime en aantoonbare ervaring binnen het sociaal domein in een gemeentelijke context; Ervaring met het vertalen van een visie naar concrete programma’s en uitvoering.
