Een uitdagende positie waarin je technische innovatie, internationale stakeholder alignment en grote maatschappelijke impact combineert.

In deze rol draag je bij aan de middellange en langetermijninkoopstrategieën voor strategische elektrische installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams en assetmanagement om toekomstige behoeften haarscherp te stellen.

  • Vormgeven en uitvoeren van Europese overheidsopdrachten (van selectie- en gunningscriteria tot onderhandeling en contractsluiting).
  • Analyseren van de wereldwijde markt en potentiële leveranciers om inkoopkansen tijdig te signaleren.
  • Waarborgen van de implementatie van het duurzaamheidsbeleid binnen inkoopprocessen.
  • Beheren van relaties met diverse stakeholders verspreid over verschillende Europese locaties.
  • Optimaliseren van interne processen, methoden en tools binnen het procurement-domein.
  • Masterdiploma in een technische of ingenieursrichting, of een economische achtergrond met een sterke technische affiniteit.
  • Drietalig (Nederlands, Frans en Engels) met uitstekende professionele taalvaardigheid (C1-niveau).
  • Relevante werkervaring (2 tot 5 jaar) binnen een technische context, overheidsopdrachten of projectmanagement.
  • Sterke organisatorische kwaliteiten, zelfstandigheid, stressbestendigheid en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Analytisch vermogen, resultaatgerichtheid en affiniteit met juridische terminologie en onderhandelingen.
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (kennis van SAP Ariba of Duits is een pluspunt).
  • Bereidheid tot hybride werken en af en toe reizen naar internationale locaties.
