Een strategische en verbindende functie waarin je leidinggeeft aan de wijkmanagers, de zelfstandigheid van wijksamenwerkingsverbanden ondersteunt en de regionale samenwerking versterkt. Samenwerken in de eerste lijn De zorg staat voor een grote uitdaging. Door een stijgende zorgvraag, een tekort aan professionals en complexere hulpvragen staat de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van onze zorg onder druk. Om inwoners ook in de toekomst passende ondersteuning te bieden, is sterke wijkgerichte en domeinoverstijgende samenwerking noodzakelijk. Als eerstelijnszorgorganisatie in Zuid-Holland Noord werkt Rijn en Duin hierin nauw samen met circa 20 aangesloten wijksamenwerkingsverbanden (WSV's). Deze WSV's opereren inhoudelijk zelfstandig vanuit een eigen identiteit in hun wijk. Rijn en Duin faciliteert hen organisatorisch, onder andere met de inzet van (assistent-)wijkmanagers. De samenwerking in de wijken breidt zich daarbij steeds verder uit; onder andere naar gemeenten, welzijnsorganisaties en de VVT-sector. Vanaf 1 januari 2027 krijgt deze ontwikkeling een extra impuls door de landelijke afspraken over de vorming van Regionale Eerstelijns SamenwerkingsVerbanden (RESV). Rijn en Duin zoekt daarom een Strategisch Coördinator Wijksamenwerking & RESV die de verbinding legt tussen wat er lokaal in de wijken gebeurt en wat regionaal nodig en mogelijk is. Je verbindt de praktijk en behoeften van de WSV's met de strategische agenda van Rijn en Duin en haar regionale partners. Hoewel je in dienst treedt bij Rijn en Duin, draag je tevens bij aan de ontwikkeling van het RESV ten behoeve van alle gemandateerde RESV-partijen. Jouw rol Je opereert in een speelveld waarin verantwoordelijkheden op verschillende plekken zijn belegd. De WSV's functioneren zelfstandig en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke prioritering en functionele aansturing van hun wijkmanager.
