Hoe communiceer je over keuzes die vragen, zorgen en verschillende belangen oproepen? Als strategisch communicatieadviseur bij gemeente Voorne aan Zee buig jij je over die vraag. Je versterkt het communicatieteam bij een lopend, politiek en maatschappelijk gevoelig dossier.

Je zit aan tafel met de portefeuillehouder, directie en betrokken collega's. Je maakt risico's zichtbaar, adviseert over de juiste boodschap en kiest het moment waarop die naar buiten komt. Vervolgens vertaal je jouw strategie zelf naar concrete communicatie. Zo combineer je strategisch advies met het maken van teksten die duidelijkheid geven.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je brengt belangen, betrokkenen, gevoeligheden en communicatierisico's snel in kaart. • Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt de communicatiestrategie en vertaalt nieuwe ontwikkelingen naar een duidelijke communicatielijn. • Je adviseert de portefeuillehouder en directie over timing, boodschap, positionering en mogelijke reacties uit de samenleving. • Je bereidt communicatie rond bestuurlijke besluiten en belangrijke momenten voor. • Je schrijft kernboodschappen, vragen en antwoorden, bewonerscommunicatie, webteksten en perslijnen. • Je schakelt bij onverwachte ontwikkelingen snel en bepaalt welke mensen en communicatie nodig zijn.

Je werkt 24 uur per week, verdeeld over minimaal 3 dagen. Verdeling over 4 dagen is ook mogelijk. Je start op 19 oktober 2026 en werkt tot uiterlijk 17 januari 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij krijgt snel grip op complexe informatie en ziet welke communicatie nodig is. Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en brengt vanaf de start jouw ervaring in. Ook wanneer de druk toeneemt, houd je overzicht en sta je naast de bestuurder met helder en zorgvuldig advies.

Verder heb je:

• Aantoonbare ervaring als senior communicatieadviseur of communicatiestrateeg. • Ervaring binnen een gemeente. • Ervaring met politiek-bestuurlijke en maatschappelijk gevoelige dossiers. • Ervaring met het adviseren van bestuurders en directie
