Als strategisch financieel adviseur ben je sparringpartner voor college, directie, management, financiële adviseurs en concerncontrol op complexe financiële vraagstukken. Je adviseert over strategische keuzes, financiële risico's en kansen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het adviseren over de twee bezuinigingsopgaven (Bedrijfsvoering en algemeen). - Het leveren van een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de totstandkoming van de belangrijkste Planning & Control-producten, waaronder jaarrekening, 1e Berap en Kadernota. - Het verstrekken van gevraagd en ongevraagd financieel advies over organisatiebrede vraagstukken en ontwikkelingen. - Het signaleren van financiële risico's, knelpunten en kansen en deze vertalen naar concrete handelingsperspectieven. - Sparringpartner voor concerncontrol. Daarnaast is sprake van een positie die nauw verweven is met de reguliere bedrijfsvoering van de gemeente. De strategisch financieel adviseur opereert als vaste sparringpartner van college, directie, management, concerncontrol en financiële adviseurs, levert een structurele bijdrage aan de gemeentelijke Planning & Control-cyclus en adviseert over organisatiebrede financiële vraagstukken en bestuurlijke keuzes. De werkzaamheden maken onderdeel uit van de reguliere financiële governance, beleidsvorming en interne besluitvorming van de organisatie.
