Als strategisch financieel adviseur bij Wijk bij Duurstede zit je aan tafel waar de keuzes worden gemaakt: van de meerjarenbegroting tot de realisatie van nieuwe woningen en de versterking van onze Lekdijk. Onze omvang is onze kracht - korte lijnen, veel eigen ruimte en resultaat dat je direct terugziet. Zo maak jij het verschil Als strategisch financieel adviseur ben je de financiële spil van onze organisatie. Je adviseert bestuurders en budgethouders proactief, gevraagd én ongevraagd, en je loopt net zo makkelijk binnen bij de wethouder als bij een collega. Of het nu gaat om het ontwikkelen van strategisch financieel beleid, het opstellen van meerjarenramingen of het geven van advies op college- en raadsvoorstellen; jij weet van aanpakken! Met jouw scherpe analyses signaleer je tijdig knelpunten en draag je verbeteringen aan. Daarnaast coördineer je de producten uit de P&C-cyclus. Dit ga je doen - Coördineren en begeleiden van strategisch financieel beleid binnen het fysieke domein; - Integraliteit bewaken: meerjarenramingen opstellen, analyseren en vertalen naar beleidsadviezen; - Strategisch financieel advies geven op college- en raadsvoorstellen, met een organisatie-brede blik; - Coördineren van de P&C-cyclus als meewerkend voorman; - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van financieel beleid op diverse thema's zoals investeringen, treasury en grondexploitatie. Ons aanbod - Afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding bieden wij een salaris tussen € 4.520 en maximaal € € 6.422,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur (Schaal 11).
