Dan zoeken wij jou. Jouw rol Als Strategisch Informatieadviseur bij de gemeente Den Haag werk je aan de informatievoorziening van het Fysiek Domein (Stadsbeheer en Stedelijke Ontwikkeling). Je beweegt je op strategisch niveau en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directies, management en multidisciplinaire teams (MDT's). Je adviseert niet alleen, je geeft ook richting. Je verbindt beleid, uitvoering en technologie en zorgt ervoor dat digitalisering daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan een betere stad. Denk hierbij aan thema's zoals informatie gestuurd werken, digitale innovaties in de buitenruimte en de ontwikkeling van een digital twin van Den Haag. Je maakt deel uit van het MT I&A en speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van samenhang en vooruitgang in de informatievoorziening. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan uitdagende vraagstukken met bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke impact. Daarbij: - voer je regie op programma's en projecten binnen informatisering en automatisering en adviseer over meerjaren-strategie, I-Plannen en I-Roadmaps; - stimuleer en ontwikkel je de Agile manier van werken binnen het Fysiek Domein (o.a. Haags Digitaal Werken); - werk je integraal samen met collega-adviseurs en expertises zoals Data & AI, Security, Privacy en Architectuur; - stimulering van naleving van kaders en richtlijnen (zoals GEMMA, NORA en Common Ground); - draag je actief bij aan vernieuwing en verbetering van de informatievoorziening; - bewaak en versterk je de samenhang tussen initiatieven en ontwikkelingen.
