Kerntaken - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische inkoop- en aanbestedingsplannen (incl. sourcingstrategie). - Regisseren van (Europese) aanbestedingen: planning, marktbenadering, documentatie, beoordeling en gunning. - Adviseren van management en stakeholders over inkoopstrategie, rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid en contractkeuzes. - Opzetten en verbeteren van contractmanagement: KPI's, SLA's, leveranciersprestaties en escalaties. - Uitvoeren van spend- en marktanalyse; identificeren van besparings- en verbeterkansen. - Bewaken van compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving en interne procedures. - Coachen van collega's en borgen van inkoopkennis, standaarden en best practices.
