Als Strategisch inkoper / contractmanager projecten bij PWN ontwikkel je markt- en inkoopstrategieën, adviseer je over contractvormen, leid je (Europese) aanbestedingen, stel je contracten op en bewaak je prestaties, duurzaamheid en contractafspraken binnen drinkwaterprojecten. Strategisch inkoper / contractmanager projecten Roldoel: Verantwoordelijk voor strategische inkoop en contractmanagement binnen projectmatige omgevingen, met focus op kostenbeheersing, risicomanagement, leveranciersprestaties en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën voor projecten, inclusief sourcing, marktanalyses en aanbestedingskeuzes. - Opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten (o.a. raamovereenkomsten, projectcontracten, SLA's) gedurende de volledige contractcyclus. - Begeleiden van aanbestedingen en offerte-trajecten: eisen, selectiecriteria, gunning, onderhandeling en vastlegging. - Stakeholdermanagement met projectteams, finance, legal en techniek; vertalen van projectbehoeften naar inkoop- en contractafspraken. - Bewaken van leveranciersperformance (KPI's), contractcompliance, wijzigingen (change control) en claims/disputen. - Signaleren en mitigeren van risico's (kwaliteit, planning, budget) en borgen van governance en documentatie. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Strategische inkoop en contractmanagement in een project-/asset- of bouw/infra/technische context. - Ervaring met onderhandelen, leveranciersmanagement en cost/total cost of ownership (TCO). - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (bijv. aanbestedingsrecht) is een pre. - Analytisch, resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk en in staat om multidisciplinaire teams te adviseren.
