Interim Strategisch Juridisch Adviseur (sr.) WO Korte omschrijving Ben jij een strategisch juridisch adviseur? Voor een gemeente in de provincie Noord-Holland zoeken wij iemand die als juridisch expert inzetbaar is op diverse rechtsgebieden, waaronder het bestuursrecht en het privaatrecht. De opdracht start medio november voor in ieder geval 4 maanden en vergt een inzet van 16-24 uur per week. Functie omschrijving Je fungeert als een van de juridische bakens in de organisatie. Op basis van jouw expertise en ervaring bied je meerwaarde. Als allround juridisch adviseur ben je de juridisch expert die inzetbaar is op diverse rechtsgebieden, waaronder in elk geval het bestuursrecht en het privaatrecht. Je pakt dwars door de organisatie heen dossiers op. Je schakelt naar gelang de behoefte in de organisatie van stevige juridische advisering naar het eigenhandig opstellen of reviseren van juridische producten. Je werkt onder meer mee aan bestuurlijke besluitvorming, gemeentelijke regelgeving (verordeningen, regelingen en beleidsregels), overeenkomsten en maatwerkbeslissingen. De focus van de functie ligt op juridische advisering, maar het kan zijn dat je soms ook de gemeente in en buiten rechte vertegenwoordigt. Waar nodig werk je samen met de huisadvocaten. Je doet je werk op een kwalitatief hoogwaardig juridisch niveau en hebt oog voor de politiek-bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke belangen bij de juridische vraagstukken. Hiermee lever je juridische advisering en producten op een kwalitatief hoogwaardig niveau. Functie eisen - Je beschikt over een afgeronde WO bachelor opleiding in een juridische richting; - je beschikt over minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring als strategisch juridisch adviseur/algemeen jurist bij een gemeente; - je hebt ervaring met het werken binnen zowel het bestuursrecht als privaatrecht.
