Natuurbegraafplaatsen van Waarde In deze functie werk je aan de toekomst van onze natuurbegraafplaatsen. Je zet jouw planologische expertise in om nieuwe locaties te verkennen én bestaande gebieden verantwoord uit te breiden. Je verbindt ruimtelijke ordening, natuurlandschap met maatschappelijke opgaven tot een logisch en gedragen geheel. Je beweegt je soepel tussen belanghebbenden, het bevoegd gezag en onze eigen collega's. Je begrijpt het landschap én het bestuurlijke speelveld. Wat ga je doen - Je onderzoekt kansrijke locaties waarin natuur, landschap en omgeving centraal staan; - Je coördineert planologische processen en vergunningstrajecten binnen de ruimtelijke ordening; - Je onderhoudt contact met belanghebbenden en het bevoegd gezag; - Je begeleidt participatietrajecten en zorgt voor een toegankelijke en constructieve dialoog met de omgeving; - Je denkt op strategisch niveau mee over gebiedsontwikkeling, landschappelijke kwaliteit en natuurversterking; - Je werkt samen met externe experts (ecologen, landschapsarchitecten, juristen) en bewaakt de kwaliteit en samenhang van initiatieven; - Je volgt wet- en regelgeving en beleidsontwikkelingen rondom natuur, landschap en ruimtelijke ordening. Wat breng je mee - Je hebt een opleiding in planologie, landschapsarchitectuur, omgevingsmanagement, natuur- of landschapsbeheer of een verwante richting op HBO of WO niveau; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in gebiedsontwikkeling, natuurprojecten of landschappelijke opgaven; - Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van natuurontwikkeling, ecologie, landschap en groen erfgoed; - Je kent de Omgevingswet en hebt ervaring met procedures bij overheidsinstellingen; - Je bent communicatief sterk, strategisch denkend en beweegt gemakkelijk tussen inhoud, bestuur en omgeving; - Je werkt zorgvuldig, verbindend en met oog voor de gevoeligheden die bij natuur en landschap horen.
