Daarvoor is meer nodig dan data alleen. Het vraagt om goede duiding, scherpe keuzes, samenwerking tussen domeinen en een strategie die echt richting geeft. Daarom zoeken wij een strategisch procesbegeleider populatiegerichte aanpak. Iemand die complexe processen kan begeleiden, data kan vertalen naar betekenis en met klanten kan bouwen aan een datagedreven strategie en routekaart. Over Weyond Weyond begeleidt organisaties en samenwerkingsverbanden met een maatschappelijke opdracht bij het ontwikkelen van een toekomstbestendige én gedragen strategie. Waar stapelen problemen zich op? Welke groepen vragen extra aandacht? Waar kunnen we met schaarse capaciteit de meeste impact maken?
