Je werkt samen met diverse stakeholders om een visie en strategie te ontwikkelen en te realiseren. Je draagt bij aan grote complexe veranderingen binnen een dynamische omgeving. De rol vraagt om het combineren van programmamanagement met verandermanagement. Zo lever je een directe impact op de infrastructuur en dienstverlening. Achtergrond opdracht: De opdracht is gepositioneerd binnen het CTO Office van de directie IV, verantwoordelijk voor ICT-voorzieningen binnen de Belastingdienst. Het programma richt zich op het uitbreiden van datacentercapaciteit met een nieuwe zaal op een nieuwe locatie. Het doel is om deze locatie in te richten met de juiste infrastructuur zodat geselecteerde workloads hier kunnen landen en voldoen aan alle relevante kaders. De Strategisch Programma Manager geeft functioneel sturing aan projectleiders en programmamedewerkers en onderhoudt intensief stakeholdermanagement. Taakomschrijving: Je stelt samen met stakeholders de visie en strategie voor het programma op en vertaalt deze naar concrete outcomes en metrics. Je organiseert de programmatische aanpak, inclusief governance en communicatie, en bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten. Daarnaast geef je invulling aan verandermanagement en coach je projectleiders en programmamedewerkers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de beoogde effecten worden bereikt en dat de strategie aansluit bij de bredere doelen van de directie IV. De eisen zijn knock-outcriteria.
