BlueTrail Strategisch Programma Manager Gelderland 36u p/w 2 maanden Universitair Functieomschrijving De Belastingdienst zoekt een Strategisch Programma Manager voor het CTO Office binnen de directie Informatievoorziening. Je geeft richting aan een strategisch programma voor de uitbreiding van de datacentercapaciteit. De directie IV heeft eigen datacentra voor de dienstverlening aan de Belastingdienst, Douane en Toeslagen. Deze capaciteit wordt uitgebreid met een nieuwe zaal op een nieuwe locatie. Je zorgt voor een programmatische aanpak waarmee deze locatie wordt ingericht met de te selecteren infrastructuur en geselecteerde workloads naar de nieuwe omgeving worden verplaatst. Het resultaat is een ingerichte datacenterlocatie die voldoet aan alle relevante kaders. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Samen met de relevante stakeholders de visie en strategie voor het programma ontwikkelen en vertalen naar beoogde effecten en meetbare indicatoren. - De realisatie organiseren en een programmatische aanpak inrichten met governance, een vaste voortgangscyclus en meetbare indicatoren. - De visie en strategie afstemmen met stakeholders en waar nodig bijstellen. - Sturing geven aan de communicatie vanuit het programma. - Bewaken dat de resultaten worden bereikt en bijdragen aan de beoogde effecten, de programmastrategie en de strategie van IV. - Invulling geven aan verandermanagement, met aandacht voor de impact op de organisatie en cultuur. - Functioneel aansturen en coachen van projectleiders en programmamedewerkers. - De CTO strategisch adviseren en waar nodig vertegenwoordigen of vervangen in overleggen binnen IV en de Belastingdienst. Je werkt binnen het cluster technologie van het CTO Office. Vanuit actief stakeholdermanagement stem je intensief af met de betrokken partijen en de CTO.
