Ken jij de wereld van bouw of technische installaties en weet je hoe belangrijk een sterke aankoop is voor prijs, planning én een vlotte uitvoering op de werf?

Voor een groeiende technische onderneming in de regio Kuurne zoeken we een ervaren Strategisch Projectaankoper Bouw & Technieken.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige aankoopfunctie waarin je nauw samenwerkt met projectleiding, werfleiding, engineering en logistiek. Je kijkt verder dan de volgende bestelling: je volgt de markt, anticipeert op prijsontwikkelingen en beschikbaarheid en zorgt ervoor dat aankoop slimmer, efficiënter en beter gestructureerd verloopt.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Neem ownership over de strategische projectaankoop: je staat in voor de aankoop van materialen en diensten voor uiteenlopende bouw- en installatieprojecten.
  • Vertaal projecten naar de juiste aankoopbehoeften: samen met projectleiding, werfleiding en engineering bepaal je wat nodig is en wanneer.
  • Haal het beste uit iedere onderhandeling: je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt technische en commerciële voorstellen en onderhandelt over prijzen, levertermijnen en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Bouw een sterk leveranciersnetwerk uit: je selecteert en evalueert leveranciers en technische partners en bouwt relaties uit die ook op langere termijn waardevol zijn.
  • Hou voeling met de markt: je volgt prijzen, prijsschommelingen, beschikbaarheid, innovaties en technische evoluties actief op en vertaalt die kennis naar concrete aankoopbeslissingen.
  • Anticipeer in plaats van achteraf bij te sturen: je detecteert mogelijke leveringsproblemen, prijsstijgingen of interessante alternatieven tijdig en onderneemt proactief actie.
  • Verbind aankoop met de projecten: je werkt nauw samen met projectteams, engineering, logistiek en magazijn zodat gemaakte aankoopafspraken aansluiten bij planning en uitvoering.
  • Professionaliseer én vereenvoudig de aankoopwerking: je brengt structuur in processen, zoekt actief naar efficiëntiewinsten en zorgt ervoor dat aankoop sneller, overzichtelijker en efficiënter georganiseerd wordt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen strategische aankoop, projectaankoop of technische aankoop.
  • Ervaring binnen bouwprojecten, HVAC, sanitair of technische installaties is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende technische feeling om materialen, offertes en technische alternatieven inhoudelijk te begrijpen en kritisch te vergelijken.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar en weet commerciële scherpte te combineren met duurzame leveranciersrelaties.
  • Je bent proactief en ondernemend ingesteld: je wacht niet tot een probleem zich stelt, maar denkt vooruit, ziet opportuniteiten en komt zelf met voorstellen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, houdt verschillende projecten tegelijk onder controle en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om efficiënter te werken.
