Dit ga je doen Rijnpark is onderdeel van de grootschalige woningbouwontwikkeling NOVEX Spoorzone Arnhem-Oost. In Arnhem-Oost worden de komende jaren circa 12.000 woningen toegevoegd, waarvan ongeveer 7.000 woningen binnen Rijnpark. Daarnaast worden circa 5.000 arbeidsplaatsen en diverse commerciële en maatschappelijke voorzieningen gerealiseerd, evenals de benodigde infrastructuur. Rijnpark is daarmee één van de grootste en meest complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen waar de gemeente Arnhem in lange tijd aan werkt. De ontwikkeling kent grote financiële en bestuurlijke belangen, mede vanwege ontvangen rijkssubsidies en gemaakte afspraken met het Rijk over de woningbouwproductie. De ontwikkeling van Rijnpark bestaat uit verschillende deelprojecten die onder leiding van projectmanagers door multidisciplinaire teams worden ontwikkeld en gerealiseerd. De Ontwikkelmanager Rijnpark is integraal eindverantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de gebiedsontwikkeling en rapporteert aan de (programma)directeur Spoorzone. Door de snelle groei van het aantal projecten, processen en betrokken partijen is behoefte ontstaan aan extra strategische ondersteuning. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren Strategisch Projectsecretaris die de Ontwikkelmanager ondersteunt bij de integrale aansturing van de gebiedsontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? Als Strategisch Projectsecretaris ben je de strategische rechterhand van de Ontwikkelmanager Rijnpark. Je denkt proactief mee over de organisatie, het proces en de strategische vraagstukken binnen de gebiedsontwikkeling. Je verbindt de verschillende deelprojecten en teams en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, besluiten en acties goed worden geborgd en opgevolgd. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in de strategische projectbeheersing op gebiedsniveau. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, kansen, knelpunten en risico's en adviseert de Ontwikkelmanager hierover.
