Je beweegt je los van de dagelijkse uitvoering. Als strategische generalist met een hoog abstractieniveau volg je de grote maatschappelijke, technologische, bestuurlijke en demografische trends in de wereld om ons heen. Deze trends duid je en vertaal je proactief naar strategische keuzes en handelingsperspectieven voor de hele organisatie. In deze functie ben je niet gebonden aan één specifiek domein.Je werkt op het snijvlak tussen ruimtelijke opgaven, maatschappelijke vraagstukken, veiligheid, gezondheid en de veranderende rol van de overheid. Daar voeg jij waarde toe. Je trekt samen op met onder andere een collega concernstrateeg, strategen uit de verschillende domeinen en de netwerkstrateeg. - Strategische koers & regie: Je bewaakt en versterkt de strategische koers van de gemeente Oss. Je vertaalt het nieuwe coalitieakkoord "Met elkaar, aan de slag" en langetermijnvisies zoals de Stadsagenda naar een samenhangend werkplan voor de organisatie en zorgt dat keuzes concernbreed op elkaar aansluiten. - Trendwatching & maatschappelijke verkenning: Je signaleert en duidt maatschappelijke verandering (zoals demografische ontwikkelingen, polarisatie en weerbare samenleving). Je vertaalt rapporten van landelijke adviesorganen (zoals de WRR en de Staatscommissie Demografie) naar wat deze concreet betekenen voor de toekomst van Oss. - Domeinoverstijgende verbinding: Je verbindt complexe vraagstukken op de gebieden van wonen, energie, economie, brede welvaart en zorg. Je zorgt dat besluiten in onderlinge samenhang worden gemaakt. - Advisering: Je adviseert het directieteam en het bestuur rechtstreeks. Je agendeert concernbrede thema's, scherpt bestaande denkr...
