Ben jij een strategische HR Manager met de drive om een organisatie in volle expansie mee vorm te geven? Wil je impact maken op directieniveau, een professioneel team aansturen en bouwen aan één gestroomlijnd beleid over verschillende entiteiten heen? Dan is deze rol de ideale vervolgstap in jouw carrière.

Onze klant is de afgelopen vijf jaar uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende, snelgroeiende, internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector. In België telt de groep ondertussen meer dan 300 medewerkers, verspreid over meerdere logistieke sites die voortvloeien uit strategische overnames. Om deze verschillende entiteiten en paritaire comité's harmonieus en toekomstbestendig op elkaar af te stemmen, zoeken we een gedreven HR Manager voor de Belgische markt.

Dit is een uitgesproken strategische en leidinggevende rol, geen beheer- of operationele functie. Samen met de nieuwe CEO en de Group HR Manager bepaal je de lange termijn visie. Je stuurt een matuur team aan en fungeert als volwaardige sparringpartner voor het management en de lokale General Managers.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je brengt structuur in een organisatie met meerdere entiteiten en uiteenlopende Paritaire Comités (zowel arbeiders als bedienden). Je denkt mee over de harmonisatie van arbeidsvoorwaarden, lonen en reglementen, en adviseert over het behouden of reduceren van specifieke structuren.
  • Je stoomt de organisatie klaar op het vlak van sociale wetgeving en bereidt de structuur voor op toekomstige sociale verkiezingen. Zorgen voor compliance over alle sites heen is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bekijkt processen met een kritische blik en jij zet de lijnen uit.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig het HR-budget op (CapEx/OpEx) en bewaakt dit nauwgezet op basis van heldere KPI's. Daarnaast onderhandel en implementeer je zelfstandig nieuwe voordelen (comp & ben).
  • Je coacht jouw HR-team en ondersteunt het lokaal management bij complexe casussen. Je hanteert een open-door-policy en schakelt moeiteloos tussen boardroomstrategie en de dynamiek op de logistieke werkvloer.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende HR-rol (HR Business Partner of HR Manager) binnen een omgeving met zowel arbeiders als bedienden. Bij voorkeur een logistieke of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met het aansturen van een team en het werken binnen complexe structuren met meerdere entiteiten. Ervaring met budgetbeheer (CapEx/OpEx) en KPI-sturing is een must.
  • Je bent geen generalist die operationeel wil uitvoeren, maar een strategische bouwer. Je bent analytisch, communicatief zeer sterk en benaderbaar. Je vindt het leuk om geregeld aanwezig te zijn op de verschillende vestigingen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels (de internationale voertaal). Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
