* Operativer/strategischer Einkauf, vorzugsweise Lebensmittel

Aufgabenbereich: strategischer/ operativer Einkauf

* Strategisches Lieferantenmanagement: Bewertung, Entwicklung und Optimierung

unser bestehendes Lieferantenportfolio und Aufbau langfristiger,

partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen.

* Kommerzielle Verantwortung: Eigenständige Jahres- und Rahmenvertrags-

verhandlungen für Rohstoffe/Lebensmittelkomponenten inklusive Preis- und Konditionenvereinbarungen.

* Prozessoptimierung: Analyse bestehender Einkaufsprozesse und Verträge

entlang der gesamten Supply Chain, um Einsparpotenziale und Effizienz-

steigerungen zu realisieren.

* Risiko- & Absicherungsmanagement: Frühzeitiges Erkennen von geopolitischen

und marktbedingte Lieferkettenrisiken und Entwicklung

proaktiver Second-Source-Strategien.

* Schnittstellenkompetenz: Sicherstellung der Rohstoffverfügbarkeit

in enger Abstimmung mit dem Qualitätsmanagement unter Einhaltung

strenger Qualitätsstandards.

* Marktbeobachtung & Innovation: Aktive Marktrecherche nach

alternativen Rohstoffen und innovativen Lieferanten zur Sicherung

von Wettbewerbsvorteilen.

Anforderungsprofil: Analytisch, lösungsorientiert, durchsetzungsstark

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW)

mit einschlägiger Schwerpunktsetzung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches

Studium (idealerweise mit Fokus auf Purchasing, Supply Chain Management).

* Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung

im strategischen Einkauf - idealerweise (aber kein K.O.-Kriterium) in der

Lebensmittelbranche oder einem produzierenden Umfeld.

* Soft Skills: Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke

auf Augenhöhe (auch in schwierigen Situationen) und

ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen.

* Arbeitsweise: Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative

sowie eine pragmatische "Hands-on-Mentalität" für ein dynamisches Umfeld.

* Tools: IT-Affinität, insbesondere ein sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie

fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen.

* Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z. B. Italienisch, Französisch oder Spanisch)

sind ein klarer Vorteil

* Eigenes Fahrzeug zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes
