Introductie Voor het Kadaster zoeken we een Strategische Doorontwikkeling P&O. Startdatum: 23-09-2026 Einddatum: 30-11-2026 met optie tot verlenging Uren per week: 32-36 Het Kadaster is een rechtspersoon met een wettelijke taak en heeft als zbo een zelfstandige governance-structuur (RvT, gebruikersraad) en eigen cao. Het Kadaster wordt bestuurd door de Raad van Bestuur, die namens het bestuursorgaan optreden en de rechtspersoon Kadaster vertegenwoordigen. De dagelijkse leiding gebeurt door de Directieraad bestaande uit de raad van bestuur en de directeuren die leidinggeven aan de zes directies van het Kadaster, te weten: - Bestuur en Strategie; - Data Governance en Vernieuwing; - Operatie Dienstverlening en Registratie; - Beheer en Ontwikkeling Informatietechnologie; - Financiën en Control; - Personeel en Organisatie. Voorgaande inrichting van de organisatie is in lijn met de transitie naar een datagerichte besturing van de organisatie. De meerwaarde van deze organisatieontwikkeling zit voor een belangrijk deel in het verkrijgen van meer samenhang in de omvangrijke taken van het Kadaster vanuit een integrale benadering, sturing en visie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn duidelijk belegd waardoor de samenwerking tussen en binnen directies wordt verstevigd. Dit vraagt om een cultuur waarin betrokkenheid, samenwerken, samen ontwikkelen en in samenhang taken uitvoeren centraal staat.
