Wir suchen aktuell 1 Strategische_r Einkäufer_in Vollzeit, unbefristet

Das erwartet dich

* Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen inklusive Marktanalysen und Einkaufsstrategien.

* Erstellung und Abstimmung von Ausschreibungs- und Bewertungsunterlagen unter Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben.

* Führung von Vertrags-, Preis- und Vergabeverhandlungen.

* Aufbau und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen inklusive regelmäßiger Business Reviews.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung.

* Analyse von Märkten, Lieferanten und Beschaffungspotenzialen zur Optimierung des Einkaufs.

Das bringst du mit

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sowie im IT-Einkauf, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Enterprise Agreements

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie in der Entwicklung von Sourcing-Strategien

* Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz

* Analytische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in Markt-, Spend- und Lieferantenanalysen

* Grundlegendes Verständnis für Vertragsrecht, Compliance-, Risiko- und regulatorische Anforderungen;

* Kenntnisse des Bundesvergabegesetzes von Vorteil

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie hohe Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.611,00 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (KV für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik, Spezielle Tätigkeiten 2 (ST2/2)), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
