Für unseren Kundenbetrieb, ein zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen im Bereich innovativer Gleisbautechnologien im Raum Gmunden, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit technischem Verständnis und unternehmerischem Denken zum weiteren Unternehmenserfolg beiträgt. 1 Strategische:r Einkäufer:in Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Strategische Verantwortung für die Warengruppen Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Elektronik und weitere technische Zukaufkomponenten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Beschaffungsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Versorgungssicherheit

* Analyse von Markt- und Preisentwicklungen sowie Identifikation und Realisierung nachhaltiger Einsparungspotenziale

* Eigenständige Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Lieferantenbeziehungen

* Steuerung anspruchsvoller Beschaffungsvorgänge und Überwachung relevanter Projektfortschritte

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Technik, Projektmanagement und Qualität zur Sicherstellung optimaler Einkaufslösungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung - beispielsweise Lehre, HTL, FH oder Universität

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen / technischen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an komplexen Produkten und innovativen Technologien

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / ERP-Systemen sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Auswertung von Analysen

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Kostenbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

* Gesicherte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft von rund 10 %
