Als Maschinenbauer entwickeln wir Lösungen für eine ressourcenschonende und energieeffiziente Kunststoff-Verarbeitung. Als Business Enabler bist du ausgehend vom Headquarter in engem Austausch mit unseren weltweiten Fachabteilungen, initiierst wegweisende Projekte, definierst dafür den Rahmen und gestaltest somit die Zukunft von ENGEL.

Wir suche eine_n 1 Strategische_r Einkäufer_in Deine Rolle im Team:

Als strategische_r Einkäufer_in trägst du bei ENGEL maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Unternehmensziele in den Bereichen Qualität, Liefertreue, Innovation und Kosten zu erreichen. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

* Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ausgewählte Warengruppen und kümmerst dich um das Management der dazugehörigen Lieferanten.

* Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen entwickelst du Ideen für Verbesserungen und Einsparungen und setzt diese mit bestehenden oder neuen Lieferanten um.

* Du erstellst Ausschreibungen, überprüfst Angebote aus kaufmännischer Sicht, analysierst sie und führst selbstständig Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten.

* Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen und bist in wesentliche Projekte eingebunden.

* Als Teil unserer globalen Einkaufsorganisation realisierst du Projekte für unsere weltweiten Produktionsstandorte und stehst in laufendem Austausch mit Kollegen_innen aus den Bereichen Technik, Entwicklung, Logistik und Qualität.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni) und vorzugsweise erste, relevante Erfahrung oder du blickst seit deinem Schulabschluss auf langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens (z. B. Automobil- oder Maschinenbaubranche) zurück.

* Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Umsetzungsstärke.

* Du bist eine proaktive, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit dem Wunsch, zukünftige Einkaufsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
