* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von globalen Strategien für die Warengruppe "Castings"/Gussteile

* Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie aktive Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Lieferquellen

* Aufbau und Steuerung eines leistungsfähigen globalen Lieferantenportfolios

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen

* Durchführung von Kosten- & Benchmark-Analysen sowie Entwicklung von Risikomanagementverfahren

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supplier Management und Projekt Einkauf

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich (z. B. Maschinenbau, Metallurgie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld (Automotive von Vorteil)

* Erfahrung im Einkauf technischer Komponenten (z. B. Metall-, Guss- oder Motorenteile)

* Nachweisbare Expertise im globalen Sourcing sowie im Aufbau und der Entwicklung internationaler Lieferanten

* Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie Affinität zu komplexen Produkten

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
