DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den internen Rohwarenfluss zwischen unseren Betriebsstätten und optimieren die physischen sowie die ERP-Prozesse. Nach einer umfassenden Einschulungsphase liegt ein Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit in der Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen. Sie verantworten den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess Ihrer Warengruppen. Sie steuern eigenständig die Beschaffung von Rohwaren und stellen eine mengen- und termingerechte Versorgung unserer Produktion unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards sicher. Darüber hinaus betreuen und entwickeln Sie Ihre Lieferanten sowie die zugehörigen Beschaffungsmärkte strategisch weiter. Sie unterstützen zudem die Transportlogistik und Zollabwicklung und übernehmen bei Bedarf die Vertretung in diesem Bereich.

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL:

* Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Agrarindustrie

* Erfahrung in der Materialdisposition sowie im Umgang mit Dispositionsdaten

* Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Marktanalysen und im Lieferantenmanagement

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
