Als strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) bei Loxone bist du der Motor unserer Supply Chain: Du entwickelst und setzt Beschaffungsstrategien um, führst Preisverhandlungen, sicherst die Versorgung und optimierst Prozesse. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Qualität und Logistik treibst du unsere Projekte effizient voran. Wenn du strategisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative verbindest und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen hast, dann ist Loxone dein perfekter Arbeitgeber.

Deine Aufgaben

* Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer Beschaffungsstrategie für EMS-Partner, Halbleiter-, aktive/passive Bauelemente- sowie Mechaniklieferanten (Metall, Kunststoff, Spritzguss)

* Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung strategischer Lieferanten inkl. Leistungsbewertung (Qualität, Kosten, Liefertreue)

* Führen von Preisverhandlungen und Abschluss von Rahmen- und Lieferverträgen

* Sicherstellung der Versorgungssicherheit durch Risikomanagement (Single Source, Abhängigkeiten, Kapazitätsengpässe, Marktanalyse)

* Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Qualität und Logistik zur optimalen Material- und Kapazitätsplanung

* Aufbau effizienter Prozesse im strategischen Einkauf

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Supply Chain Management) bzw. höhere kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Einkaufserfahrung

* 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen/technischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise in Elektronik/EMS

* Erfahrung in Lieferantenverhandlungen, Rahmenverträgen und internationalen Lieferketten

* Sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten

* Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit (R&D, Operations, Finance, Quality)

* Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen

* Reisebereitschaft für Lieferantenbesuche

* Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Dynamics NAV) und Excel

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 55.000,- bis € 75.000,- Brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen.
