Das erwartet dich

** Portfolio im Griff: Du steuerst und überwachst unsere Kredit- und Leasingportfolios proaktiv und sorgst dafür, dass Risiken frühzeitig erkannt und professionell gemanagt werden.

** Insights mit Impact: Mit datenbasierten Risikoanalysen, Reports und Präsentationen lieferst Du die Entscheidungsgrundlage für Management, Gremien und Vorstand.

** Risiken verstehen, Chancen erkennen: Du analysierst Kreditrisiken, berechnest relevante Kennzahlen und entwickelst Risikovorsorgen mit Weitblick.

** Modelle der Zukunft: Du entwickelst unsere Rating- und Scoringmodelle laufend weiter, vali-dierst diese und bringst neue Perspektiven ein.

** International vernetzt: Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Tochtergesellschaften treibst Du internationale Kreditrisikothemen und Projekte eigenverantwortlich voran.

Das bringst du mit

** Starke Basis: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Mathematik, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Kreditrisikoumfeld sammeln.

** Analytisches Mindset: Du denkst vernetzt, erkennst Risiken und Zusammenhänge frühzeitig und behältst auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen den Überblick.

** Kommunikationsstärke: Du bereitest komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf und überzeugst mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen für unterschiedliche Management-Ebenen.

** Strategischer Weitblick: Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Deinem Interesse an regu-latorischen Themen (z. B. ICAAP, CRR, IFRS 9) bewegst Du Dich sicher im internationalen Umfeld
