Zur Verstärkung des Einkaufsteams am Standort Wien suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit (m/w/d), die den strategischen und operativen Serviceeinkauf verantwortet und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Lieferanten agiert.

Dein neuer Job

* Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung im Bereich Serviceeinkauf

* Eigenständige Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement über den gesamten Beschaffungszyklus

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Übernahme einer aktiven Schnittstellenfunktion innerhalb der Organisation

* Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung komplexer Beschaffungsvorgänge für Serviceprojekte und umfangreiche Ersatzteilpakete

* Operative Steuerung des Einkaufsprozesses von der Angebotseinholung über die Bestellabwicklung in SAP bis hin zur Terminverfolgung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Beschaffung unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Lieferzielen

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

* Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen

Gehalt

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 3.802,93 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie. Abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und beruflichem Hintergrund besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
