For ABN AMRO, success requires clear strategic choices, enterprise-wide capabilities and responsible execution. As Strategy Advisor - Data & AI, you will join the Governance & Strategy team within the Central Data & AI Office (CDAO). Working closely with the Chief Data & AI Officer and senior leaders, you will structure ambiguous questions, develop distinctive perspectives, create executive alignment and translate decisions into action. The role combines the intellectual challenge and variety of strategy consulting with sustained ownership of outcomes. What you will do - Lead or shape strategic assignments at the intersection of business strategy, data, AI, technology, risk and regulation. - Turn complex analysis into clear choices, recommendations and decision-ready narratives for senior leadership. - Define enterprise direction, capability roadmaps and operating models for responsible Data & AI adoption. - Mobilise multidisciplinary teams across business lines, data domains, technology, risk, legal and compliance. - Assess market, technology and regulatory developments and translate them into implications for ABN AMRO. - Stay engaged beyond the recommendation, helping convert strategic decisions into priorities, ownership and executable change.
