Op locatie werken we in kleine ploegen en lossen we alles op wat niet meteen klopt. Als de planning schuift schuiven wij mee. Overleg is praktisch en gebeurt tussen kruiwagens en scheppen door. Onze opdrachten lopen uiteen. Vorige week een tuinterras met afwatering bij een particulier, een stoep in een nieuwbouwwijk en een parkeerplaats met betonplaten bij een bedrijf. Soms loopt alles soepel, soms moet je improviseren, maar het ligt er altijd netjes bij als we weggaan. De Baan Begin als opperman bij ons infra-team en groei door tot leerling stratenmaker, met als einddoel volwaardig stratenmaker. Ervaring? Dan start je gewoon direct als stratenmaker. Op de klus zet je materialen klaar en maak je machines gereed voor het straatwerk. Samen met je collega's leg je klinkers en betonplaten, zet je hoogtes uit, zaag je banden en leg je straatwerk voor trottoirs, parkeerterreinen en complete wegen. Je gebruikt zowel handgereedschap als machines, van trilplaat tot kraan, en overlegt met opdrachtgevers op locatie. Soms regent het, soms schijnt de zon, maar de trilplaat doet altijd zijn werk en jij ook! Bij ons geldt: aanpakken, leren en plezier maken op de klus. Klaar om mee te draaien en te groeien in het vak? Functie Eisen - Fijn als je een rijbewijs B hebt, nog fijner als je rijbewijs BE hebt. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden; - Je bent bekend met het werken met hand en machinaal (tuin)gereedschap; - Vakwerk, vakwerk, en nog eens vakwerk, want je houdt van het aanleggen en onderhouden van buitenruimtes of exclusieve tuinen; - VCA Basis (cursus), niet direct nodig maar mocht je hem willen halen is dat mogelijk; - Je hebt een vurige...
