In Assen werk je aan tuinen, pleinen, paden, opritten en buitenruimtes voor particuliere en zakelijke opdrachtgevers. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt nauw samen met hoveniers en levert bestrating op waar de klant direct resultaat van ziet. De projecten liggen vooral in Assen, Bovensmilde, Rolde, Beilen en omgeving. Deze functie past bij een ervaren stratenmaker die zelfstandig werkt, fysiek sterk is en graag netjes oplevert. Aanbod - Salaris van €2.900 tot €3.600 bruto per maand - Fulltime werk voor 40 uur met uitzicht op een vast contract - 25 verlofdagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioen vanaf dag één - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens cao, werkkleding en PBM's - Jaarrond werk met vaste ploeg, planning en goed gereedschap - Ruimte voor certificaten en doorgroei richting voorman Functie-eisen - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als stratenmaker - Kennis van grondwerk, maatvoering en bestrating - Je werkt zelfstandig, fysiek sterk en nauwkeurig - Rijbewijs B is vereist; BE is sterk gewenst - VCA in bezit of bereid dit via Proflex te behalen - Je communiceert netjes met klanten en collega's Werkzaamheden - Aanleggen en herstellen van paden, terrassen, opritten en pleinen - Uitvoeren van grondwerk, egaliseren, uitvlakken en voorbereiden - Stellen van opsluitbanden, kantlagen, kolken en hoogtes - Leggen van klinkers, tegels, betontegels en sierbestrating - Lezen van tekeningen en werken volgens planning - Samenwerken met hoveniers, collega's en partijen op locatie ...
