Het is een nuchtere en praktische werkomgeving waar samenwerken, betrouwbaarheid en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. Er wordt gewerkt met duidelijke afspraken en een no nonsense mentaliteit. Zowel ervaren vakmensen als gemotiveerde aanpakkers krijgen hier de ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen en mee te draaien in het team. Functieomschrijving Ben jij iemand die graag fysiek buiten werkt en energie krijgt van aanpakken in de praktijk? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans binnen het straatwerk. Voor een opdrachtgever in de infra en bestrating zijn wij met spoed op zoek naar een stratenmaker, opperman of gemotiveerde aanpakker die graag wil werken in een hecht team en houdt van duidelijk en eerlijk werk. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt dagelijks mee aan uiteenlopende straat en grondwerkzaamheden op verschillende projecten. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en inzet word je breed ingezet binnen het team en leer je het vak in de praktijk of breid je je ervaring verder uit. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van stratenmakers bij het aanleggen en herstellen van bestrating - Voorbereidend grondwerk zoals afgraven, egaliseren en aanvullen - Aanvoeren en klaarzetten van materialen en bestratingsmiddelen - Meewerken aan het opbreken en opnieuw leggen van bestrating - Ondersteunen bij het uitzetten van werk en het netjes opleveren van projecten Heb je nog geen ervaring?
