Voor een groeiende Belgische industriële organisatie actief binnen technische oplossingen voor infrastructuurprojecten zoeken we een Structural Engineer Prefab | Bouwkundig Ingenieur.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de constructieve uitwerking, berekening en technische opvolging van complexe maatwerkconstructies. Je begeleidt projecten van concept tot productie en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen niet alleen constructief veilig zijn, maar ook economisch en praktisch uitvoerbaar.

Je werkt vanuit de regio Waasmunster en staat in nauw contact met tekenaars, calculatie, productie, klanten, aannemers en studiebureaus.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van stabiliteits- en constructieberekeningen voor prefabconstructies.
  • Modelleren en berekenen van constructies met SCIA Engineer.
  • Bepalen van belastingen, krachtswerking, wapening en verbindingen.
  • Controleren van constructieve veiligheid en gebruiksgeschiktheid volgens de geldende normen.
  • Opstellen en controleren van technische berekeningsnota's.
  • Samenwerken met technisch tekenaars om berekeningen correct te vertalen naar uitvoerings- en productietekeningen.
  • Technisch overleg voeren met klanten, studiebureaus en aannemers.
  • Ondersteunen van calculatie bij technische en constructieve vraagstukken.
  • Meedenken over materiaaloptimalisatie, maakbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Projecten technisch begeleiden tijdens productie en uitvoering.
  • Praktische technische problemen analyseren en oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Je beschikt over een master Ingenieurswetenschappen Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van betonconstructies en gewapend beton.
  • Ervaring met of een sterke interesse in prefabconstructies is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van SCIA Engineer en kunt rekenmodellen opbouwen en analyseren.
  • Je kent de relevante Eurocodes en Belgische normen.
  • Je bent analytisch en sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
  • Je kunt complexe technische materie helder bespreken met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je denkt praktisch: productie, transport, montage en uitvoering zijn voor jou even belangrijk als de theoretische berekening.
