Ben jij een ambitieuze 3e bachelor- of masterstudent en wil je jouw commerciele en communicatieve skills testen op een echte Customer Service afdeling? Als Student Internal Sales Agent ben jij de brugfiguur tussen internationale klanten en de interne organisatie. Je bent van oktober tot en met december verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van bestellingen, het beheren van het orderboek en het vlot afhandelen van telefonische en schriftelijke vragen. Een fantastische kans om tijdens je afstudeerjaar echte praktijkervaring op te bouwen en je talenkennis professioneel in te zetten!

Deze job vindt plaats bij een toonaangevende internationale speler en innovatieve marktleider in de bouwmateriaal- en interieursector. Je komt terecht in een professionele, dynamische omgeving waar je een unieke blik achter de schermen krijgt van een wereldwijd sterke organisatie.

Orderentry & -beheer: Nauwkeurig invoeren en opvolgen van binnenkomende bestellingen in de IT-systemen.

Orderbook Management: Actief opvolgen van de status van lopende orders en zorgen voor een correcte levering en afhandeling.

Klantencontact (Telefoon & Mail): Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij vragen over bestellingen, levertermijnen en productinformatie.

Dossieropvolging: Vlot schakelen met interne afdelingen om de nodige informatie en oplossingen voor klanten te verzamelen.

Doelgroep: Je bent een 3e bachelor- of masterstudent (ideale studierichtingen: Bedrijfsmanagement, Handelswetenschappen, KMO-Management, Marketing, Toegepaste Taalkunde of Communicatie).

Je geraakt vlot tot in Waregem.

Talenkennis: Een uitstekende en vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans is een absolute must (zowel gesproken als geschreven).

Beschikbaarheid: Je kunt opstarten in oktober en bent t.e.m. december idealiter 3 dagen per week beschikbaar (flexibel af te stemmen op jouw lesrooster).

Competenties: Je bent communicatief, klantgericht, stressbestendig en werkt graag heel nauwkeurig met cijfers en gegevens.
