Studenten gezocht voor de Quizavond van Legend Biotech!

Voor de jaarlijkse quizavond van onze klant, Legend Biotech, zoeken we gemotiveerde studenten die willen meehelpen bij de opbouw, het onthaal, de bediening en de afbraak van het evenement.

En er is nog meer nieuws: dit jaar organiseren we niet één, maar twee quizavonden. Na het succes van de vorige edities kijken we ernaar uit om er opnieuw twee gezellige en geslaagde avonden van te maken.

Datum: Donderdag 12 & Vrijdag 13 november 2026 Locatie: Zwijnaarde

Wat ga je doen?

Het event wordt voorbereid en ondersteund door enkele medewerkers aangevuld door studenten elk met hun eigen taken en shifts. Je wordt ingedeeld op basis van je beschikbaarheid.

Taken

Coordinator (14:30 tot 23:00)

  • Aansturen van het studententeam
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens het evenement
  • Opvolgen van de taken en bewaken van de planning en het vlotte verloop van de avond

Opbouw & onthaal (14:30 tot 18:00)

  • Vullen van de frigo
  • Tafels en stoelen klaarzetten
  • Zaal en materiaal voorbereiden
  • Bezoekers ontvangen en naar hun tafel/groep begeleiden
  • Uitleg geven over het bestelsysteem via QR-code
  • Assistentie tot aan de start van de quiz

Toog (17:30 uur tot 23:00)

  • Bestellingen ontvangen via QR-code
  • Bestellingen klaarmaken en serveren
  • Orde en netheid achter de toog behouden

Bediening en afbraak (17:30 uur tot 23:00)

  • Bediening en afruimen
  • Bestellingen aan tafel brengen
  • Lege glazen en flessen afruimen
  • Glazen afwassen
  • Frigo en toog leegmaken
  • Zaal netjes achterlaten

Teamindeling & Shifts

  • 1 coördinerende student: ondersteunt en houdt overzicht
  • 3 studenten voor opbouw en onthaal
  • 3 studenten voor de toog
  • 3 studenten voor bediening en afsluit

  • Gemotiveerd en klantvriendelijk is
  • Ervaring in de horeca? Top, da’s mooi meegenomen! (maar geen must).
