  • opleiding: je volgt momenteel een Master in het Sociaal Recht
  • beschikbaarheid: je bent gemiddeld 1 a 2 dagen weekdagen beschikbaar
  • kennis & passie: je hebt een boontje voor Belgisch arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid
  • talen: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
  • skills: je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig met oog voor detail.
  • bonus: ervaring met juridische databanken (zoals Jura/Inview Legal of SocialEye) is een grote plus!

Als inhoudelijke AI-expert ondersteun je de doorontwikkeling van onze sociaal-juridische kennisoplossingen:

  • AI trainen & evalueren: je test en beoordeelt AI-gegenereerde antwoorden op complexe vragen rond arbeidsrecht, sociale zekerheid en HR
  • golden answers creeren: je stelt kwalitatieve voorbeeldvragen en modelantwoorden op die worden gebruikt om het AI-model optimaal te trainen
  • inhoudelijke verdieping: je duikt in wetgeving, rechtspraak en praktijkcasussen om de antwoorden haarscherp te krijgen
  • impact maken: jij zorgt ervoor dat HR-professionals en juridisch adviseurs kunnen vertrouwen op accurate AI-antwoorden
