In onze Cross Roast Experience Store draait alles om ontdekken, proeven en beleven. We nemen onze klanten mee in de rijke wereld van koffie en thee en begeleiden hen naar hun perfecte smaak en toestel. Met passie, vakkennis en een warme service maken we van elk bezoek een echte beleving.

Jouw functie

Als student / flexi winkelmedewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je mee voor een vlot draaiende winkel. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en adviseren bij hun keuze van koffie, thee en bijhorende producten. Verwerken, voorbereiden en verpakken van webshopbestellingen. Beantwoorden van telefonische vragen en berichten via contactformulieren van de webshop. Zorgen voor een nette, verzorgde en aangevulde winkel en stockruimte. Mee instaan voor een warme en professionele beleving in de Experience Store. Mee leveren bij klanten in de buurt met onze bakfiets.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in koffie en thee en bent enthousiast om hierover bij te leren. Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en communicatief vaardig. Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en werkt graag in een team. Je kan zowel in de week als het weekend werken

Ervaring in retail of horeca is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste – motivatie en leergierigheid vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
