Als Student HR-Consultant in Herentals krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen het boeiende domein van interim en HR-dienstverlening. Je werkt samen met een ervaren team en ondersteunt bij het invullen van vacatures, het screenen van kandidaten, en het onderhouden van klantcontacten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om initiatief te nemen, waardoor je snel kan groeien in je rol.

Op een doorsnee dag beheer je digitale wervingsplatformen, stel je vacatureteksten op, voer je telefonische screenings uit en plan je sollicitatiegesprekken in. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte data-invoer in onze databases en onderhoud je nauwe contacten met kandidaten en klanten. Je werkt flexibel en krijgt afwisselende taken, zodat geen dag hetzelfde is.

Ben jij sociaal, communicatief en heb je een passie voor mensen? Wil je werkervaring opdoen in een dynamische omgeving waar fun en persoonlijke groei centraal staan? Twijfel dan niet en solliciteer snel – wie weet start jouw HR-carrière hier!

  • Je volgt minstens hoger secundair onderwijs, een graduaat of professionele bachelor
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (gesproken)
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale wervingsplatformen of leert hier snel mee werken
  • Je kan vacatureteksten opstellen en kandidaten telefonisch screenen
  • Je bent communicatief, empathisch en klantgericht
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent flexibel inzetbaar qua uren
  • Je werkt accuraat, oplossingsgericht en kan goed omgaan met werkdruk
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team en hebt een commercieel inzicht
