Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een student deeltijds receptionist voor onze klant in Lummen. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in residentiële en utiliteitsbouw. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 94 81 56.

Jouw takenpakket als student deeltijds receptionist / onthaalmedewerker bestaat uit:

  • Het warm onthalen en correct aanmelden van bezoekers die het bedrijf binnenkomen.
  • Het professioneel beantwoorden en doorschakelen van inkomende telefonische oproepen.
  • Lichte administratieve ondersteuning bieden waar nodig om de receptie vlot te laten draaien.

Profiel

Als student deeltijds receptionist / onthaalmedewerker herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent op zoek naar een flexibele bijbaan of een deeltijdse invulling voor een halve dag per week.
  • Je bent specifiek elke vrijdag beschikbaar van 12u30 tot 17u00. Je kan niet meer dagen werken voor deze functie.
  • Je bent het vriendelijke visitekaartje van de onderneming: sociaal, vlot in de omgang en professioneel aan de telefoon.
  • Je bent zeer snel inzetbaar om een collega te vervangen die geniet van haar ouderschapsverlof.
