Wil jij graag een job waarin je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en ervoor zorgt dat alles ook buiten de kantooruren blijft draaien?

Voor een logistieke omgeving zoeken we een Jobstudent Permanentie die tijdens de nacht het eerste aanspreekpunt vormt voor chauffeurs en interne diensten. Je houdt het overzicht, grijpt in wanneer nodig en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de dagploeg.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instaan voor de permanentie binnen de dienst Logistiek volgens een flexibel werkschema.
  • Chauffeurs van onder andere diepladers en tankwagens verderhelpen bij vragen of problemen.
  • Operationele incidenten inschatten en zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Bijzonderheden en incidenten duidelijk rapporteren aan de dagploeg.
  • Camerabeelden van verschillende vestigingen opvolgen en controlerondes uitvoeren op het terrein.
  • Nauw samenwerken met dispatch, productie en facility.
  • Gegevens digitaal registreren in plannings- en transportsoftware.
  • Transportdocumenten en weegbruggegevens administratief verwerken en facturen controleren.

Je communiceert vlot en blijft rustig bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen, en hebt een rijbewijs B.

Verder:

  • ben je bezig aan een bachelor- of masteropleiding;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig;
  • denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid;
  • kan je vlot overweg met digitale tools zoals Excel, ERP- en transportsoftware;
  • heb je een goede kennis van Nederlands en kan je je uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels;
  • is ervaring met nachtwerk of logistieke administratie mooi meegenomen.
