We zoeken een student die minimaal 2 à 3 dagen per week beschikbaar is.

Je werkt mee op kantoor en ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onthaal van kandidaten en klanten op kantoor, telefonisch en via mail.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en zorgen voor een klantgerichte opvolging.
  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via jobsites en sociale media.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van rekruteringscampagnes.
  • Screenen en begeleiden van kandidaten in samenwerking met het team.
  • Meewerken aan het voorstellen van kandidaten aan klanten.
  • Snel schakelen tussen wisselende prioriteiten en taken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je volgt een bachelor of master opleiding.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt interesse in rekrutering en commerciële dienstverlening.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met afwisseling en stelt makkelijk prioriteiten.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minstens 2 à 3 volledige weekdagen per week.
